1. Overview

Coloring Magic ("we," "us," or "the Service") is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful platform. This page explains how you can report content that you believe violates our policies or your rights, and how we process such reports. Our reporting mechanism is designed to comply with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the UK Online Safety Act 2023, and other applicable laws.

2. What Can Be Reported

You may submit a removal request or report for any of the following:

  • Content that violates our Content Policy (e.g., illegal content, hate speech, content exploiting minors, violence).
  • Content that infringes your intellectual-property rights (see also our DMCA and Copyright Policy).
  • Content that violates your right to your own image, personality rights, or rights of publicity.
  • Content that exposes your personal data without consent.
  • Any content that you believe is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. How to Submit a Report

You may submit a removal request by emailing us at support@coloringmagic.art. To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information:

  • Your contact details. Name (or pseudonym) and email address so we can communicate with you about the report.
  • Identification of the content. A clear description of the content you are reporting, including any URLs, screenshots, or other identifiers that help us locate it.
  • Reason for the report. An explanation of why you believe the content should be removed, including the specific policy provision or legal basis for your request.
  • Supporting evidence. Any documentation that supports your claim (e.g., proof of rights ownership for IP claims, evidence of personal-data exposure).
  • Declaration of good faith. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content violates the identified policy or legal provision.

For copyright-specific takedown notices (including DMCA notices), please follow the procedure described in our DMCA and Copyright Policy.

4. Processing Timeline

We process removal requests as follows:

  • Acknowledgment. We will acknowledge receipt of your report without undue delay, and in any event within five (5) business days, in accordance with the DSA.
  • Review. We will review the reported content against our policies and applicable law. The review period depends on the complexity of the report but will typically be completed within thirty (30) days.
  • Priority handling. Reports involving imminent risk to personal safety, content exploiting minors, or clearly illegal content are given priority and may be actioned within 24 hours.
  • Decision. We will inform you of our decision and the reasons for it. If content is removed, we will also notify the user who created it (unless doing so would compromise an investigation or endanger safety).

5. Trusted Flaggers

In accordance with Article 22 of the Digital Services Act, reports submitted by trusted flaggers — entities awarded trusted flagger status by a Digital Services Coordinator in an EU member state — are given priority and processed with expedited review. If you are a trusted flagger, please identify yourself as such in your report.

6. Actions We May Take

Depending on the outcome of our review, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove or disable access to the reported content.
  • Issue a warning to the user who created the content.
  • Temporarily suspend the user's ability to generate images.
  • Permanently terminate the user's account for serious or repeated violations.
  • Report the content to law-enforcement authorities where legally required or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent harm.

Where we restrict content or take action against a user's account, we provide a statement of reasons in accordance with Article 17 of the DSA. This statement explains the facts, the applicable policy or legal provision, and the basis for our decision.

7. Appeals

If you are the creator of content that has been removed or restricted and you believe the decision was made in error, you may appeal by emailing support@coloringmagic.art within thirty (30) days of the enforcement action. Your appeal should include:

  • Your account email address.
  • A description of the content and the action taken.
  • The reason you believe the decision was incorrect.

We will review your appeal and respond within thirty (30) days. In accordance with the DSA, you also have the right to refer your complaint to a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body in an EU member state, or to seek judicial redress before a competent court.

8. Reporters Who Are Not Account Holders

You do not need to have an account with Coloring Magic to submit a removal request. Third parties — including individuals, organisations, and public authorities — may report content using the same process described above. We will process such reports on their merits, regardless of whether the reporter is a registered user.

9. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with law-enforcement and regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Where we receive an order from a competent judicial or administrative authority to remove content or provide information, we will comply in accordance with the DSA (Articles 9 and 10) and the laws of the requesting jurisdiction. We are also subject to mandatory reporting obligations for certain categories of illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

10. Data Protection

Personal data submitted as part of a removal request is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We retain report data for as long as necessary to process the request, handle any appeals, and comply with legal obligations. Report data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or to enforce our policies.
